This appears to be an extended-travel channel balance. We can supply this, but it has to be a custom order due to its configuration.

Before we go any further, can you show me a clearer photo of the metal clip at the end of the cord? I can't quite get a good look at it from what I see here.

Can you also tell me how many you needed? I assume 10, but I want to be sure.

Finally, what is the stamp printed on the metal channel, and the length of the metal channel itself?

Tom,
Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you. The holidays were rough. The metal channel is 15 5/8".
The stamp on the channel looks to be "15 3", then turned 90 degrees "B.S.I." then, in line with the original stamp "PO"

Hello! No need to apologize, I understand entirely.

So far so good, but we still need a picture of the metal hook at the end of the cord. It looks like yours may have snapped off. I know that seems like a small detail but it is fairly important, since it decides how this balance anchors to the window track. There are multiple different styles and none of them are interchangeable, so I need to see yours to know what's needed.

I will also still need a quantity.

Once I have that data, I will email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to place an order on our site.

I do recall seeing a little metal clip that had broken off. I went to our master bathroom to see if I could find it and it may have been thrown away. I can't figure-out how to take the window out to remove one of those brackets so I can take a picture of it to send to you.

The video below may be of some assistance. The type of balance used here is different but the method of removal is exactly the same. Hopefully this helps you remove a working balance so that we can get a good look at that clip.
