Window channel lock I believe

Thanks for your post! The stamp from the balance typically indicates the weight range a balance can support, so it is helpful but I cannot use it to identify the balance you have. I'll need to see clear photos of the top and bottom attachments on the channel.

Please also provide a photo of the spring side of the balance. Particularly, the bracket connecting the spring and string in the middle/center of the balance.
