Window channel needed

A quick learner from Fort Myers, FL says:
These are 33ish year old windows and the channels have no markings of any kind. The channel is 24" long.

Once they are identified, I will order a group (working right now to determine how many are damaged in house) and then need to figure out how to install. Thank you very much for your assistance.

Start by looking at our S377-24. This balance uses the 19-018 Top and 15-005 1" deep shoe. Compare everything with your old balance to make sure this matches up; let me know if any dimensions differ. You'll need to select a stamp option. If you're unsure which to select, obtain the exact weight of the window sash, then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the shop page. 

See the video below in regards to installation. The channel balance shown is a different Series, but the basic principles should help you.
