String broken on this window channel. See above photo for number on the channel. Need to know what is the replacement number on your site.

Hello there!

We can help with this. However, I'll need one last detail to confirm if our stock replacements will work for you. Can you show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That will be located in the middle of the channel specifically.

This is perfect, thank you! Based on the photos you've uploaded, I recommend the S380-27 or S385-27. The difference between these balances is the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best fit. 2640 is the stamp option to select for your replacements.
