Window channel replacement

Hi, this is from a Gapco window and I think I need 6 of them. Not sure if you'll be able to read the number but it says: B.S.I and the number 2130. Is that sufficient to determine the replacement part?

Hi Art, thank you for posting,

The 2130 tells us the strength of the spring needed to support the window sash, but unfortunately it does not identify the series of balance. To further review, we will need to see the balance removed where we can see clear images of the top and bottom nylon attachments. From there we can confirm which style is needed. Thank you!

Thank you for your reply. Attached are photos of the channel I removed. Although there was only 1 I presume there are two to a window.

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 22" and you will need a 2130 stamp option.

Yes, you will need two balances per window sash, one on each side. Let me know if you have any additional quesitons!
