Window channel replacements

Need help figuring out which channel to buy. My windows are 16 years old and the pulley is breaking or the string is breaking. They are windows that the lower sash tilts out to clean The channel is 33 inches long. It has a spring 14 inches long. They are 3060 Danvid 96 Vinyl Windows. Tried to weigh the bottom sash and got 20 pounds but I think they are heavier than that. The number on the channel is 32G. The pictures show the channel, an unbroken pulley and a broken pulley. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

It's tough to make out what you have from a damaged balance, but it looks similar in design to our Series 770. This has a terminal clip at the bottom of the cord that engages with the pivot shoe. Look this part over and see if this is what you need.
