Window channel slide part

A home owner from Myrtle Beach SC says:

The top portion of 1/2" round grey part in the picture which the pin in the side of the window goes into broke.

Looks like this rotates within the white plastic channel slide.

Since these are broke the weight isn't moved and the window doesn't stay up..

There's no marking on any of the windows as to the manufacturer.

House was built in 2004.

I didn't see these on your site

Do you have these or know where I can get them?

Looks like you need a pivot shoe. I recommend our 15-105. Look it over and see what you think.

You'll want to remove the shoe from the window before you measure it. You aren't going to get an accurate reading since the jamb track is in the way.
