Window channel and glazing

Question

I have a condo in Florida and need window parts. The channel balance I came up with is 25" 390. 3 windows measure 31"x28" and 2 are 31" x 33". What option should I use? I have no way of measuring them.
I also need some window glazin, picture in attachments.

Thanks for your post! Your balance looks like it could be replaced with either the S351-25 or the S390-21. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to be sure to double check the depth of your bottom shoe.

I'm afraid I would not be able to determine the stamps you'd need for either balance without knowing the stamps from the existing assembly or the exact weight of your sash. The size of the window does not factor in the weight of the framing or the glass pane.

You'll need to either purchase a scale or borrow one to confirm the weight. There is a product description below the product code for the balances that lists the weight range each stamp can support.

Regarding the glazing bead, I'm sorry to say we would not be able to provide you with a replacement recommendation. Unfortunately, we do not have anything shaped like it in our inventory.
