It's hard to say while your balance is installed but it looks like your top and bottom fittings might have "wings". You'll need to confirm. If that's the case, you could have either the S380-33 or S385-33, depending on the depth of your bottom shoe. The S380 has a 1" deep shoe and the S385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. You’ll need to measure as shown below. You'll also need a 3240 stamp option.
