Hello there!
It looks like your balance uses the 19-035 top fitting and the 15-007 bottom shoe. We don't have a stock balance with this configuration but we can still help via custom order. Can you weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight? Can you also confirm the number of balances you're looking to replace?

Hi Emily,
Upon further inspection, it looks like I need a few different sizes for all the windows in my house. Below is a list of the balances with their lengths, weights, and quantities needed respectively. I believe they all have the same upper and lower fittings.
12.5" - 2.41oz - 2
18.5" - 3.17oz - 22
23" - 4.7oz - 6

Thank you kindly for getting back to me! The weights given are very low for a sash. I wonder if you're weighing the balance itself. What you want to weigh is the window sash. That's the glass panel that moves up and down.
