Window channels and top sash needed.

Question

28 inch 1/2 channel balance with 2740 inscribed on it and top and bottom inserts as shown in the pics. Please advise on correct replacement part. I believe it would be the S350-28 with 2740 option and 5/8" top sash guide.

Hey Kevin. Double-check the length of your channel balance's metal channel. Be sure not to include the nylon fittings in this measurement. If it's 28", then you need the S350-28, with a stamp option of 2740 just as you thought. For the Top Sash Guide, see if our 18-009 matches what you need.
