Window clasp / lock

Thanks for your post! Take a look at the 38-036 Rear Mount Casement Lock. I believe this is the replace you'll need for the repair but you'll need to compare the dimensions to confirm.

Unfortunately, the keeper was discontinued fairly recently and we have not found a suitable alternative for it. Apologies that we can't be of more help with this part of the repair.
