Desperately need to replace these window locks/clasps. The holes drilled are 1.5 inches wide. Windows were installed in 1989 and sun has taken its told. Metal is brittle and broken. Need replacements for 15 windows. Please advise--I have not idea who the original manufacturer and neither does my condo association. Thank you in advance.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your sash lock resembles the 90-021. This is compatible with the 90-108 which is sold separately. We recommend you review the specifications to confirm they match up with your old hardware.

The bottom latch with the 1 1/2 inch spacing looks perfect. However, the top latch with the 11/16 inch spacing between screws won't work. I need 1 inch spacing on the top latch. Is there something compatible that would work that is compatible with the bottom 1 1/2 inch spacing? Please let me know......my windows are awful and need to be fixed before I head North in 2 weeks. Thank you.

The closest we have is the 90-259 keeper. This has 7/8" installation hole center spacing and works with the 90-021 lock. Take a look and see what you think.
