Hello,

This looks like you have the ROTO 39-091 and 39-092 operators. Unfortunately, ROTO has discontinued many components that are needed for this operator to function, such as the link arm and the connecting bracket. Sometimes these bracket arms can be found secondhand on a site like eBay, but I can't make any guarantees. I apologize for any inconvenience.
