Window coil balance

Question

What should we reorder?  Metal coil is 1/2" wide and has the numbers 246D Z with a 1 under the D and #6.5 354.The gray shoe is 1/2" deep, 1" in length and 1 1/4" wide and has Patent 4,610,108.  The white coil housing is 1/2" deep, 1 11/16 in length at it's middle, and 1 1/4" wide and has the numbers Patent 0's 5,232,206; 5,365,638; 6,584,644 B2.

Thanks for posting, and for the thorough information. The pivot shoe looks like the 15-191. For the coil balance, use the S160-6 1/2" thick 6.5 pound spring. For a new cover for a single coil, use the 15-150S. Let me know if you have any questions.
