Window coil balance

My replacement double hung vinal windows broke the window coil balance. Besides the coil itself what parts do I need? There is a #8 on the side of the shoe (I think it is called).

Hello, I need A window coil balance for my double hung window. There is a number eight on the shoe which you can see in the pictures above which part do I need. The white shoe is 1/2" thick and both the coil and shoe has a #8 on it
