Window coil balance

Question

Hello, will you be able to help me with replacement for this part ?
There is no hole so I assume I am going to have to cut out the hole? There is plastic on the top (3rd phot) -should I remove it and cut under this plastic so it is less visible?
This is right but I need pair (left plus right )

Thanks for posting. This looks like the 15-191 Pivot Shoe, which works with either the 1/2" wide Series 160 Coil Balance springs or the 3/8" wide Series 165 springs. You'll need to remove your old system and measure the spring width to see what matches best. The video below shows how to do this.
