Attached please find pictures of the window coil balance that I need to replace. The metal coil on one side is broken and I need a complete set for the other side.

Hello!
This pivot shoe isn't something we sell. The 15-228 is similar though. It's designed to use the 1/2" S160 and 3/8" S165 coil springs. Can you tell us the width of the old spring band?
Take a look at the specifications and see if the thickness and width match up with yours.
