I use a 15-140 coil balance shoe, my upper outer windows have this spacer block, it attaches to the back of the 15-140, do you carry this part, thank you

Thanks for posting! The spacer you have here is the 15-038 Pivot Lock Shoe Spacer. This is typically used along with pivot shoes like our 15-047 Pivot Shoe which is used along with our tilt window spiral balances.

That said, since your window already uses one, I don't see why it couldn't work but you'll just need to be sure to double check the dimensions.
