Window coil balancer

Question

I need to replace the coil balancer for this window.  I believe it's an American craftsman window.  The only marking is a number 5 on the lower part

This looks like it might be a 15-087 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 180 Coil Balances. It would be best to remove the pivot shoe and compare to confirm it matches up. Let me know if you have further questions. Thank you!
