Would this Shoe Stop 15-087 work for the replacement the pivot pin looks like a 26-444. Also would a s161-7 work for me cuz of the coil has a stamp of a number 7

The 15-087 will not work for you, no. My recommendation would be either the S161-07 or the S210-07, depending on the thickness of the shoe.
