Window coil replacement

Both window coils broke in bathroom window and need replacements.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The 15-228 appears to match your old pivot shoe. Is the band of the spring 1/2" wide? If so, see the Series 160 which are the compatible springs. We also sell the 15-150S single coil support.

I'm not immediately familiar with the part shown in your last photo, however. Can you tell us the function? Would it be possible for us to see it installed?
