Window cord with clip

I have a couple of cords that have snapped in the single hung window shown.
The part has a cord with a clip on them as shown.
What is this part and how do I replace it?
And where do I get the part?
Single hung windows 34x58 interior dimension.
Would like to order some parts and extras for other windows to have on hand.
Thank you!

Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but the clip and pulley shown in your photos connect to a channel balance, which is not visible when installed. You appear to have a non-tilt window, which would generally require pooping out a take-out clip at the top of the jamb as shown in the video below to catch the balance when the sash is being raised.
In your case, I can't be sure if this process would work since I do not see any top sash guides attached to the top corners of the sash, which are used to hold the balances in place below the sash. If you could show us a photo of the entire window jamb, that may help us determine how your window operates. Thank you.

The cord on the channel balance broke and was replaced with a new channel balance. The cord has already broken on because the cord connection is different than the one pictured. I need to order a channel that has this type of connector on the end of the cord. The channel on the current replacement channel has the cord knotted on the outside of the clip instead of crimp attached as this one in the pic. Therefore it rubs on the channel when opening the window. Any idea of a company that has this type of connector on their channel balance where I can order replacements?

The crimped pulley clip is an older style that is not available with our modern balance replacements. The good news is that many of our balances use the 62-106 hook, which has a bend at the base to prevent the cord from rubbing when attached to the window jamb. With that being said, we would still need to see the rest of the original balance assembly uninstalled, including both end fittings and the stamp code on the metal channel, to narrow down your options.
