Window corner ? Glass holder? Hardware help

I recognize this hardware. This was made by Allens Stevens company located in NYC. That company has since gone out of business back in the late 1990's, but we'd like to still try and locate a substitute for it. Can you reply back to us with some detailed measurements of your part for us? This will help us narrow down which replacement to offer.
