Window corner clip replacement

I have old window screens held together at the corners by plastic corner pieces like the pics I attached.  The majority are broken or very brittle and would like to replace them.  The dimension of the frame hole are 3/8" height and 1/4" width.  Do you have a product that could help me replace these?
