Hi , I don't know the manufacturer, possibly Capital.
These are plastic corners that hold a flat roller. Hope the pictures help.

Hey, Bob! Check out our 87-224. This looks very similar to your roller in terms of design, but look it over and let me know if you agree. I feel pretty confident this is what you need.

Parts worked great.
I've got a few different widows that need bottom glides. These have "Capitol" marked on the locks.

Awesome, I'm glad our 87-224 worked out for you! I'm afraid I don't recognize this particular glide, though. Is this also for a sliding window? Nothing we've been able to find seems to match. We carry a selection of generic glides, which you can see here, though I can't say for sure if any of ours will work. I'm sorry we couldn't find a better option for you.
