Window counter balance

Question

Trying to find replacement counterbalance for my windows. Counter balance is 13 inches and the only marking I can find are 12 3 BSI

Thanks for posting. Looks like you might have either the S380-13 or S385-13 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 1230.
