Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear the 15-045 didn't work out for you. Pivot shoe replacements are determined both by their overall style, as well as the width and thickness measurements. You'll need to remove your old shoe and tell us the width and thickness. We should be able to narrow it down for you from there. The video below shows how to remove and replace pivot shoes.
