The metal channel is 14 3/4 long and 5/8 wide. There's 14 3 stamped on it.

What you have here is called an extended travel balance. It isn't a part of our stock catalog but we can still help via a custom order. However, the metal channel should be 14-7/8" long. Can you double-check and confirm that for us? We'll also need to see a photo of the metal clip that's attached to the end of the pulley cord. Additionally, how many balances are you looking to order?
