Hi there!

Start by taking a look at our 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches, along with the S140-10 coil balance assembly. Review our specifications and compare them with yours to see if they match up to your old hardware. It's hard to say since your pivot bar is damaged but you can start by reviewing our 26-398 , 26-405 and 26-454 . You'll just need to remove an undamaged pivot bar from the sash and compare the dimensions to see which one matches up to your original.
