Window counterbalance spring

Question

The metal track is 30" not including the plastic ends. We just purchased the house and believe these are original springs from 2000 when the home was originally built.

Take a look and compare our S377-30 channel balance to yours. You'll also need to locate the stamp on your metal balance channel to choose the corresponding strength option. Thank you!
