Window cover handle

I have ordered a part 39-107FK : Truth Folding Handle And Cover Kit and did not fit. I spoke with your customer service agent, and she was not able to find me the part I need.

Thank you for posting! Looks like your operators are left and right handed, while the 39-107FK is centered. That would explain why it didn't fit.
Our 39-375 and 39-376 look close, but I'm not sure they will work. Do you know what brand operator you have? If you open the window, then you may see a marking on the operator arm. Let me know everything you see and we can work from there.

I have checked everywhere, but cannot locate anything about the brand...

In that case, I would need to see a few pictures of the operators fully removed from the window, without covers. Check out our video on how you could do this.
