Window cover and lock
Hey there, thanks for posting! The casement lock you have is an old style that is not made anymore. The good news is, the manufacturer developed the left handed 38-097 and the right handed 38-098 EntryGard Sash Locks to replace it. These updated versions of that lock now use the 38-079, which you will need to purchase alongside these locks as the old keeper is not compatible with them.
As for the operator cover, if your are looking to replace it, the original cover appears to be fixed to the base of the operator and it probably cannot be removed. If you want to replace it you will most likely need a whole new operator.
In the event that you do consider replacing your operator, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator, preferably removed from the window. In addition to the body of the operator, I'll also need to see the arm(s) and how the operator connects to the bottom of the swinging sash (window).
