Please verify if this window crank is a 39-188? the Arm measures 5" and the mounting spread is 5" but looks like the inner part is more like 3" ?

It looks like you received the 39-089 but your original operator is a closer match to our 39-187. The main difference between the tightness of the zig-zag in the base arm. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
