Window crank

The crank is stripped so I think I need to replace the case... can I buy just the case and not the assembly?

No, that will not be possible. If your operator is stripped then you need an all new operator entirely.

I see you were looking at our 39-393. Is this what you have? If not, or if you aren't sure, then I will need you to remove your operator from the window in its entirety and show me a picture of it without obstruction.
