Have never used this window decided to open it up because I need to make a screen for it and it is broken
The only part number I could get is
US PAT 4505601

Please start by reviewing the style of the 39-188 and 39-187 operators. Compare the overall dimensions to confirm a good fit! Also see the 39-114L for a compatible handle. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions!

My arm measures 4" on center verses your arm which measures 5" on center.

Unfortuantely we cannot provide your original operator with the shorter arm. The best we can supply would require some handiwork to modify the new operator. You would need to drill out the original arm and the new operator arm and connect your original arm on the new operator using the 62-014B rivet.
