Window crank

Question

The window crank and the mechanism inside are not matching up so that when you turn to handle the window will not open or close.

It sounds like the worm gear may be stripped out, which means the operator will need to be replaced.

I'm confident that we can supply a replacement, but before I suggest anything I would like you to remove this part and show me a clear photo of the whole thing removed. I need to see the entire operator without obstruction in order to find the right match. Please let me know if that's possible.
