Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this, but we'll need you to remove an undamaged operator assembly from the window and linkage. We specifically require photos of the top and bottom installation hole tabs, as well as the link arm disconnected from the linkage. Written-out dimensions are also helpful. 

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we can't make out exact dimensions from photos, but the 39-012 or 39-278 come to mind. Review the specifications below to see if the hole spacing and 3/8" diameter hole at the end of the link arms match yours. Note that both assemblies use the 33-206 washer and 33-081 screw to attach the link arm to the internal linkage.
