Window crank

The panel's of crank out windows left and right side needed, windows will open but can't be closed, I need an advice or the parts pls , thank you, Dan

Yes that did help a lot by sending these pics I went back and took the exact measurements as it's shown in the pics that you posted, from  the location of the screws in the base that is connected to the window I'm fine it's 5 inches length from one screw to the other, but the extended arm is 4.5 inches on mine and doesn't match the pic that you posted, I'm wondering if I should order it the 39-187 with the 5 inch extender arm or maybe there's a shorter arm , thanks

I'm afraid we don't sell this operator with a 4-1/2" long arm. You could try installing it as is to see if it works, or you could try repositioning the bracket to make up the difference. If that doesn't work, you'll have to swap the new and old operator link arm. You'd have to drill out the new and old arm and use the 62-014B rivet. To install this rivet, you'll have to hammer it in; I recommend doing it over a metal plate if you have one.
