Your operator's design is a bit weird, but we may still be able to find a match. Before I recommend anything, can you tell me the distance between the top screw hole and the bottom screw hole that is aligned with it, as well as the distance between the two bottom screw holes? Make sure to measure from the center of each hole. I'd also like to know the size of the link arm.

Look at pictures below. The link arm measures 2-7/8? long. One of the pictures is a diagram with measurements.

Take a look at the 39-025 operator along with the related video. This operator looks similar to yours and might fit. Compare it to yours to see if you can use it.
