Window crank replacement

Window will open but when closing window the inside screw comes out not allowing us to close the window!

Hi there- thanks for posting!
We will need to see the entire mechanism of the operator to be able to determine the best replacement for you. A photo with the window open as far as it will go from a top down angle is best. After that, we can get the ball rolling on finding you a replacement.
