Window crank

A home owner from Fraser, mi says:

I have attached 3 window crank pictures and a hand written picture of the logo and numbers printed inside the handle casing. The part number appears to be 11500-3 2 RH. Paten number appears to be D-198, 202 U 8. RD 1963 CAN.

I need at least one replacement casing and hand crank, preferably 2.

Hey, Hayes. The best match I could find is our 39-411. Look this over and see if you could use this as a replacement.

A home owner from Fraser, mi says:
Tom, Yes, this crank looks like it would work. But, our crank arm doesn't fit snuggly on the rivet/screw for the 3/8" hole anymore; It is loose and pops off. Which of the extra parts and/or screws or the white washer could we use to act as the rivet to go in our 3/8" hole? Would grinding down the double pin work since It is about as long as the casing opening; it would need be a little shorter? Hayes

I actually think our 39-194 operator would be another good match. Looking at the ones suggested, I believe this one has the closest mounting hole locations to your operator and it has a plain 3/8" hole at the end of the link arm.
