A home owner from FT Myers, FL says:
Original windows to old house. No names/numbers. Replacement crank attaches to bar with screw, mine uses locking washer.

Hello! Looks like you're showing us two different operators. Am I right to assume that the top operator is a replacement that you tried out, but discovered that the hole was too small? If I'm right, can you tell me the diameter of the hole on your original?

I'd also like a picture that shows a clear angle of the installation screws on the top and bottom tabs. There should be either 3 or 4 screws altogether and I need one photo that shows all of them. Thank you!

A home owner from FT Myers, FL says:
Yes, photo sent shows new crank above old crank.
Sending photo of where operator link attaches to window torque bar. It does NOT use screw, just locking washer. Old crank hole is 3/8" diameter. Sending photo of only other screws used.
Thanks

Thank you! We have two operators with a similar hole pattern, a straight link arm, and a 3/8" link arm hole. See our 39-194 and 39-378. These are designed similarly but have different dimensions in other respects. I recommend looking both over to determine which, if either, can work for your window.
