Zig Zag on Window crank was wrong

Question

I purchased four cranks  order number 139-1343 but I believe the Z angle is too long the window won't close correctly thank you. I think the Z angle is too long

I agree, the operator you purchased has the wrong gear arm shape. See our 39-187, which looks closer. The bad news is that we don't have a version with a shorter link arm. Would you be able to adjust the bracket position on the sash to make up the difference? I had another customer just the other day who did that and they said it worked fine.
