A quick learner from 33901 says:
This is a right hand window crank from an older SW Florida home. There is no writing of any type. As shown in the picture the arm has a small threaded hole.

This operator looks very similar to our 39-419 at first glance, though I'm not sure if our dimensions are comparable. Carefully look over the dimensions we show on the 39-419 store page and let me know if they line up.

Another potential option is our 39-017, but once again it will depend on dimensions.
