Window crank

A quick learner from Ham Lake says:
Looking to get new cranks for our windows. Been to menards and home depot and they don't have them. Think part number is 45251. What replacement am I looking for?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

I don't think your original operator is made anymore, but see our 39-171 and 39-172. I believe you can use these as substitutes.

Please let me know if you had any questions or concerns about these products.

A quick learner from Ham Lake says:
So I ordered the parts you recommended however the arm at the 90 degree is 5 inches and the original I need is 4.5 inches. Any idea on what model that would be?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

We unfortunately don't have a version of this operator with only a 4.5" long arm. It may be possible to adjust the position of the bracket it attaches to on the sash, I've done that myself before in a pinch. Would that work for you?
