Window crank

A professional from CA says:
The cover looks like 39-107. The crank will open the window, but when attempting to close it the crank unscrews and falls out.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

The handle looks like our 39-114L. However, note that the worm gear has come out with the rest of the handle. When this happens, it means the entire operator mechanism has worn down; I am afraid it has to be replaced entirely. We can help with that, but we need to see the old operator assembly in its entirety. A bird's eye view that includes the link arm(s) that jut out of the back of the operator and push and pull the window closed would be best. From there we should be able to narrow this down.
