Window crank with worn down ridges

Thank you for your patience during this busy summer. Your part is not immediately familiar to me though it is similar in design to our 39-234. Similar, but still different. The major thing to stand out to me is the installation hole configuration. Ours has two at the top while yours has only one, which is centered.

That aside, the 39-234 does appear to be the best option we carry. Do you think you could still get this to work? It may need some adaptation to fit. Look it over and see what you think.
