I need two of these and one left. The only difference in the picture is mine only has one screw hole on the top.

I'm afraid I don't know exactly what you have, but that number is sometimes associated with our 39-060 and 39-061. While I cannot guarantee that these will work for you, they are at least a place to start.

If these won't work, or if you aren't sure, we will require clear photos of your operator so that we can check if we carry something better.
