Hi Im looking to replace this macanism or the parts that we need to get it going. Please help!

Thanks for reaching out! The worm gear looks like it stripped out of the operator. This can't be repaired, unfortunately. So you will need to purchase a new operator.

It would be best to see a photo of the entire operator removed from the window. It is important that we see the body of the operator as well as the arms and how they connect to the bottom of the window.
